Day 8: Amarillo - Tucumcari - Albuquerque Reach Adrian, the halfway point on Route 66. Stop in Tucumcari to shop at Teepee Curios or see the neon signs of the iconic Blue Swallow Motel. Day 9: Albuquerque Enjoy a free day to explore. Day 10: Albuquerque - Gallup - Winslow - Williams Cross the Continental Divide continuing to Gallup, sometimes called the “Indian Capital of the World.” The next two nights are in Williams, gateway to the Grand Canyon, and listed in the National Register for Historic Places. Day 11: Grand Canyon National Park Excursion Deviate from Route 66 to see one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the Grand Canyon, and take in the breathtaking views. Day 12: Williams - Seligman - Las Vegas Detour once again to experience the bright lights and excitement of Las Vegas. An orientation tour upon arrival shows off the themed casino resorts along the colourful Strip. Day 13: Las Vegas Enjoy a free day to explore. Day 14: Las Vegas - Victorville - Los Angeles Depart Las Vegas and cross the Mojave Desert and San Bernardino Mountains en route to Los Angeles.
