This assessment grid is organised around the 7Cs of moral leadership. For each skill, you will assess your current level and define your desired level using the following scale:
In a constantly evolving professional world, the World Economic Forum highlights in its Future of Jobs 2025 report that leaders must master a delicate balance between technical skills (hard skills) and human skills (soft skills). Moral leadership, as embodied by the 7C Compass, requires a specific set of capabilities that enable not only effective leadership, but also the creation of lasting positive impact. Skills self-assessment is the first step towards intentional and focused development. This tool enables you to: • Identify your current strengths and areas for development •
Rate your skills on a 1–5 scale: 1 = Beginner | 2 = Developing |
3 = Competent | 4 = Advanced | 5 = Expert. Identify 3–5 priorities to include in your personal development plan.
