A good and holistic understanding of the construction industry and the current issues in the market place.

Financial, IT and project planning systems.

The preparation and presentation of high quality reports for Senior Management. Receiving outline requirements from customers, turning these into appropriate briefs and taking these forward into option appraisals and generating reasoned recommendations. Experience of operating at a senior level in a leadership role, including experience of managing internal staff.

The ability to work constructively to solve problems in a positive and proactive manager.

The ability to negotiate strongly to achieve favourable outcomes.
