Townhome listings in the Burnaby South market area in October (at 66) were down 12% from last month and 21% below last year. The 26 townhome sales were 4% lower month-over- month but 44% above October 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 39%, as Burnaby South’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in October was $805,600, 3% higher month-over-month and 4% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $808,684 (1.7% below September) with an average PSF sales price of $636 (down 0.3% vs September).
