The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 78% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in October was $699,800, 0.5% above September and 8% higher vs October 2019. The average sold price was $827,418 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $493 (1.7% lower and 1.4% higher, respectively, vs September).
