At 215, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 14% lower month-over-month and year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 132, were up 3% month-over- month and 50% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 61% in October, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in October was $576,400, 0.1% below last month but 4% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $624,087, while the average PSF sales price was $398 (up 4% and down 0.5%, respectively, from last month).
