The number of condo listings in Langley, at 393, decreased 5% month-over-month but rose 34% vs last year. October’s condo sales, at 121, were 17% above last month and 44% higher vs this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 31% in October, as Langley’s condo segment remained a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in October was $397,500, down 1.6% from September but 5% above October 2019. The average sold price was $427,700 (a 1.2% increase from September) with an average PSF sales price of $478 (0.6% below September).
