The 99 detached listings in Squamish in October were down 15% compared to September and 2% below October 2019. October’s detached sales (at 38) increased by 41% month-over-month and rose 58% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in October increased to 38%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. At $1.02M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.4% below September but 3% higher vs October 2019. The average sold price of $1.08M was 3% below September and 0.2% lower vs October 2019.
