Fitness Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Chair Yoga FOR SENIORS WHO WANT TO IMPROVE MENTAL FI TNESS

Sunday, 13 November in the Group Exercise Room 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM

This workshop is a gentle form of Yoga practiced sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. There are no complicated or complex postures present in this Chair Yoga Class. Learn how yoga can help reduce anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, vertigo, osteoporosis, carpel tunnel syndrome, clinical depression and chronic pain. (Yoga mat not needed.) The cost is $20 - cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Space is limited, so please register online by clicking here . Zumba is a fun and effective cardio workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body. Classes are designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, and class participants at any level can start Zumba right away. Instructor Cameron Lewis will use Latin music with a combination of fast and slow Latin moves. This high/low impact class has something to offer all fitness levels. Click here to sign-up.
