Group Exercise Schedule Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be canceled. There will be no evening classes on Wednesday, 23 November; Thursday, 24 November (Thanksgiving Day); or Friday, 25 November. The normal schedule will resume on Saturday, 26 November.

Fitness Yoga** Friday at 5:30 PM.

Gentle Yoga** Tuesday/Thursday at 9:45 AM.

HIIT It!** Wednesday at 6:00 AM.

Pilates** Morning Classes: Monday/Wednesday/ Friday at 8:30 AM. Evening Classes: Monday/Wednesday at 5:00 PM (Beginner/Intermediate), Monday/Wednesday at 6:00 PM (Intermediate Plus). Seniorcize* Monday at 4:00 PM and Thursday at 11:00 AM (45 min). Toning + Abs* Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM; Saturday at 10:00 AM.

Members wishing to access the building before 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:30 AM on weekends, or after 8 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on weekends, will need a personal identification number to unlock the door. *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/ class effective rate for subscription. All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Between the 15th and 25th of each month, Members may sign up for the following month’s classes online, by calling extension 1234, or by emailing john.porter@ancc.org . “Drop-ins” are allowed at some classes for a slightly higher fee.
