Preventative Maintenance
• AMU inlet filters (inspect/clean/replace as needed per job site conditions) • AMU fan bearings (inspect/lubricate per PM schedule in manual) • AMU fan belts (inspect/tighten per PM schedule in manual) • AMU fan wheel (clean per PM schedule in manual) • Burner flame rod and igniter (inspect wiring and clean as needed) • Booth intake filters (inspect/replace as needed per job site conditions) • Booth exhaust filters (inspect/replace as needed per job site conditions and manometer readings) • Exhaust fan belts (inspect/tighten per PM schedule in manual) • Compressed air solenoid interlock • Test quarterly to ensure application equipment cannot operate if booth fans are not running • Combustion safety interlocks • Test quarterly to burner cannot operate in unsafe conditions
