TREASURE COAST SERENITY IN PARADISE

The Treasure Coast luxury residential market did not necessarily mirror the activity experienced by its neighboring territories during the first quarter of 2026. On the high-end single-family side, total transactions slipped by 4.5% year-over-year to 127, while the average single-family sales price plunged 25.4% year-over-year to $3.0 million. Luxury condominium sales jumped 66.7% year-over-year, with the average sales price declining by 1.5% to $1.88 million. This region’s long-term prospects are strong, as certain luxury buyers prefer it to the more expensive Palm Beach County market. Sewall’s Point enjoyed a 6.7% year-over-year gain in total luxury single-family sales, with the average sales price surging by 39.9% in the same span. Stuart recorded a 5.6% year-over-year increase in high-end single-family transactions, with a 140% year-over-year jump in luxury condo sales. Single Family Homes
