TREASURE COAST SERENITY IN PARADISE
The Treasure Coast/Martin County luxury residential market experienced impressive year-over-year gains in total single-family and condominium sales during the first quarter of 2025. On the high-end single-family side, total transactions surged by 38.5% year-over-year to 90, while condo sales increased 15.4% to 15. The average luxury sales price followed suit, rising 83.3% year-over-year to $4.17 million for single-family homes and 34.3% year-over-year to $1.91 million for condos. The region’s most expensive single-family sale during the first quarter, a $39 million transaction, represented a whopping 160% year- over-year gain from the same time a year ago. Stuart rebounded from a sluggish 2024 with a 50% year- over-year climb in $1 million-and-up single-family sales to 42, and Hutchinson Island’s luxury single-family sales activity more than doubled year-over-year in the first quarter. Stuart also led the way in the high-end condo sector, increasing 16.7% year-over-year in total transactions.
