The Treasure Coast luxury residential market closed the year with notable gains in both sales activity and pricing. High-end single-family transactions rose 19.5% year-over-year to 331, while the average sales price climbed 32.8% to $3.62 million. The region’s luxury condo and townhome market also saw increased momentum, with total transactions rising 25.5% year-over-year to 59 and the average sales price increasing 12% to $1.82 million. Overall sales volume across both segments grew significantly, underscoring continued buyer interest in the Treasure Coast as a compelling luxury alternative to nearby Palm Beach County markets.
