TREASURE COAST SERENITY IN PARADISE

The Treasure Coast luxury residential market held steady in 2024. High-end single-family sales ticked up by 2.5% year-over-year to 286, while luxury condo sales remained flat (44 total $1 million-and-up transactions). Slight pricing adjustments enabled the region to maintain the transactional pace, as the average luxury single-family sales price declined 5.7% year-over-year to $2.61 million and the average high-end condo sales price dipped 3.7% to $1.6 million. The Sewall’s Point (31.6% year-over-year surge in $1 million-and-up transactions) and Hobe Sound (66.7%) set the pace in the region’s luxury single-family sector, while Hutchinson Sound doubled its year-over-year high-end single-family sales output. Stuart experienced some softening, however, with a 5.8% year-over-year drop in luxury single-family sales and a 33.3% year-over-year slide in high-end condo transactions.
