PALM BEACH COUNTY FLORIDA’S PLAYGROUND FOR THE WEALTHY
Palm Beach County closed the year with continued strength across its luxury residential market. Single- family sales rose 6.3% year-over-year to 3,740, while the average sales price climbed 7.5% to $3.03 million. The median sales price edged up 0.6% to $1.685 million, and price per square foot increased 2.5% to $743, reflecting steady appreciation in the county’s high-end home sector. The luxury condo and townhome market also posted gains, with total transactions rising 7.5% year-over-year to 1,078. Pricing saw even stronger momentum, as the average sales price jumped 12.1% to $2.53 million and the median price increased 10% to $1.85 million, underscoring sustained demand for luxury condominium living.
