PALM BEACH COUNTY FLORIDA’S PLAYGROUND FOR THE WEALTHY
Palm Beach County saw modest year-over-year increases in luxury single-family and condominium transactions during the first quarter of 2025, with high-end single-family sales rising 1.8% year-over-year to 866 and luxury condo sales gaining 1.6% year-over-year to 253. Prices are rising in the county, as the average high-end single-family sales price increased 6.8% year-over-year to $3.1 million and the average luxury condo sales price jumped 17.3% year-over-year to $2.55 million. Palm Beach County’s top single- family sale price of $50.5 million represented a 55.4% year-over-year surge from the first quarter of 2024, and the $14.9 million top condo sale price marked a 24.9% year-over-year jump. The county’s biggest luxury single-family gainers included Singer Island (62.5% year-over-year), Palm Beach Island (50%) and Boynton Beach/Ocean Ridge (40.9%). The Boca Raton/Delray Beach submarket continues to be the focal point of high-end condo activity in the county, but it recorded a 15.2% year-over-year decline in total sales to 89.
