Education/ Qualification

Possess or be working towards a relevant professional accreditation e.g., CIOB, MRICS or APM.

Other relevant professional accreditations.

Experience in multi-site organisations and/or FM background.

Degree or Masters.

Personal Qualities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in CAD.

Skills/ Ability/ Knowledge

Knowledge of asset management and life cycle costing principles.

Client facing skills to ensure customer relations are always maintained.

Commercial awareness and proven track record of delivery of multiple building/refurbishment projects.

Ability to lead site teams in procurement of special projects.

Proven ability to deliver to budget and deadlines.

Ability to pick out key information and reporting it in a timely manner using appropriate means of communication.

Building strong working relationships with project stakeholders.
