Louise Buchanan Consultant I am a delivery focused, Business and IT transition and transformation programme manager with over 18 years’ experience in sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Automotive Manufacturing and Utilities. I have experience of managing complex teams of customers, contractors, other consultancies and suppliers to mobilise, recover and deliver large scale global programmes and embed change. I wanted to join a company with a great track record, where I can be recognised and treated as an individual.
Joe Hamilton Consultant I have a history of complex project and programme delivery, with significant experience of portfolio management and change management. I’ve gained wide experience across Government, Policing, Aerospace and Defence, as well as Insurance, Transport and Telecommunications, for over 25 years. I’ve enjoyed delivering several high profile transformational programmes and portfolios on behalf of my clients, across globally dispersed multi-cultural organisations. I’m passionate about delivering true benefits to my customer’s organisations. In Project One I have found a company that shares that passion and provides the best possible environment to support me.
Andy Wallace Consultant My career in IT began over 30 years ago as a junior
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, to help them deliver growth and unlock innovative solutions for their business, has always been my passion. With over 18 years of experience delivering complex business & IT transformation programmes, I enjoy being a catalyst for change, helping organisations exploit disruptors such as Cloud, Big Data and the ‘Internet of Everything’ as part of their digital strategy. Enduring relationships are built on trust and it is a pleasure to work alongside experienced professionals who achieve results through tenacity, integrity and honesty.

Now in my 29th year in the Professional Services sector, I’ve run complex technology-led business
change for over 25 years, leading large-scale integration, business change and transformation programmes mainly in the Public and Defence sectors. Most recently I’ve led several large- scale ERP change programmes, an IT department outsource and the integration of a US acquisition into the parent company. I bring pace and a calm enthusiasm to all my assignments and I truly enjoy building successful relationships with clients. I was attracted to Project One by the attitude and ethos of the people, the determination to do right by the customer and the opportunity to work across multiple sectors delivering real outcomes. It’s really refreshing to be part of the team with the depth of experience that Project One has.

I’m a senior director with more than 20 years of experience in selling, planning and delivering large scale ERP programmes within complex transformation and transition initiatives, with a specific focus on Oracle Cloud technology. I have the ability to establish credible relationships at all levels, sell and deliver programmes and change in complex environments, and communicate and negotiate with a variety of audiences. The Project One values, focused on delivering outcomes, doing the right thing and standing shoulder- to-shoulder with our customers, resonate with me and reflect how I like to work.
I’m an experienced programme manager who has led complex, technology-enabled business transformation programmes across a range of industry sectors. Programmes have often included deployment of ERP and new technologies as a core enabling component of the business transformation, with experience across the Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemicals, Power & Utilities, Life Sciences, Telco and Automotive sectors. I joined Project One to be able to operate truly as a client-side advisor, to put the client first and to be empowered to do the right thing.

I’ve worked with many C-level executives, across a wide selection of industry sectors, to provide advice and deliver critical technology change initiatives and transform business capabilities. Jonathan Walsh Consultant
I have over 25 years’ experience working in many aspects of data and information management. A significant majority of that time has been spent working at leading UK retailers, covering data integration, data warehousing, business intelligence and related areas. I joined Project One as I wanted to retain the opportunity to work across multiple clients, whilst working for an organisation that is truly aligned with delivering the best outcome for the customer.
