Situl Shah Consultant I offer over 23 years of business and technology programme management experience from global environments, and have led various initiatives mainly in the Technology, Manufacturing and Telecoms sectors. Over recent years, this is increasingly around digital enterprise transformation to help organisations seize new opportunities for growth. I feel at home at Project One. I’ve spent more than a quarter of a century as a consultant for consultancies and the professional services arms of IT organisations, helping clients to use data to make better decisions, across many industries and countries. In recent years, I’ve focused on information management and strategy in Financial Services organisations (especially retail & investment banks and building societies) and developed skills in modern technologies and methods. I joined Project One at a fascinating time in its journey, growing fast and extending the range of its services. I have been continuously impressed by the professionalism, ability and drive to serve customers. Kyri Karsa Consultant I specialise in setting up and delivering at pace, large, complex digital programmes. I have delivered 50+ programmes successfully for both FTSE and government customers. I understand the technologies behind modern digital solutions, the methods to apply the technologies and I have first-hand experience of delivering large, complex projects in fast-paced, often changing business environments. Being able to deliver large complex digital programmes is my passion. With technology increasingly important to the success of any business, Project One offers me a great platform to help my customers in that space.
I started my career in the UK Civil Service in support of UK Research and Development, working on the creation of the first mobile telephones and technology development for the wider Telecommunications industry, including optical fibre and cable TV. I moved into the IT industry, leading project and programme delivery for large IT systems. After gaining a reputation for delivery, I became a trouble-shooter for failing programmes, finding solutions to problems and ensuring delivery. As an award-winning organisation, with a culture that aligned very closely with my own views and experience, it was a natural step to join Project One and expand the scope of the work I deliver for customers. Lien Bailey Consultant I am a self-starting and motivated information management professional, project/programme manager and management of change consultant, with over 20 years of experience. I have worked in many industries delivering projects and programmes providing data governance/ compliance (including GDPR), data services, management reporting and business intelligence transformation. I joined Project One as the ethos and culture was aimed at providing the best independent advice and guidance through a highly- experienced team of consultants.
Mark Hawker Consultant I have over 20 years’ experience delivering complex and/ or transformational change across the Banking, Insurance and Cable/Telco industries. I’m passionate about ensuring that broad strategic vision is turned into credible business/ technology outcomes, that are supported throughout the organisation and deliver in line with financial plans. I bring an open and honest approach, dealing with senior stakeholders and programme delivery teams in a pragmatic and collaborative manner. I’ve known Project One for eight years. What makes them stand out is the strength, experience and ownership that the consultants bring. Everyone acts like they are part of the customer’s organisation and is personally accountable for delivering the desired change. A breath of fresh air!

I have over 25 years’ experience as a programme director, working in ‘big five’ consulting as a partner, delivering as a consultant with systems integrators and shaping the future as an interim transformation director. My focus is on leading the delivery of complex IT enabled business change that has digital information at its heart. Project One has created an environment where both the customer and our team can achieve the greatest mutual success, as the whole Project One team are individually highly- experienced people who work collaboratively to deliver brilliant outcomes for our customers.
