Education: Qualifications & Training • Hons Degree in a construction related discipline. • Membership of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS, RIBA or similarly recognised organisation plus significant relevant management and leadership experience. • Show evidence of personal application in acquiring new skills. • Demonstrate willingness to undertake additional training as and when required 2. Knowledge • Have extensive knowledge of financial/ budget management, particularly in relation to the project management of construction projects. • Must have a good knowledge of:- • Health & Safety legislation, particularly CDM Regulations

• Planning legislation • Building Regulations • Contractual practices and procedures • Value engineering

• Procurement strategies • Whole life cycle costing • Risk management
