OPEN YOUR HEART TO A CHILD PICTURED HERE These and many others in our orphanages are hoping for a loving “ Daddy and M omm ie” or “ Big Brother or Sister.” Only $8 a month — just 26 pennies a day— provides loving Christian care for a Korean orphan — shelter, clothing, food and all necessities, including cost of school tuition.

WELL-SHRUBBED LOT

There are two azalea bushes, a small ever green, and a pink dog wood.

One Missionary Superintendent writes, “ I greatly appreciate your loyal help and the blessing it has been to all the children . If not for this Orphanage, most of these would be beggars today; ignorant, filthy, diseased and without hope. M ay God richly reward you for the wonderful work you are doing.” Some of these children and hun dreds in our many other orphanages are without sponsors. The number in our orphanages is increasing daily, victims of tragedy and sorrow. Each Child Has a Heartbreaking Story The father of one of our orphans, Jung Koo Gon, was lost at sea and the follow ing year his mother died. His grandmother cared for him as long as she could. He had a severe injury which w ill require medical care for some time, but now is doing well.

ATTRACTIVELY LANDSCAPED

There are two evergreens and one azalea bush. You'll need cleated shoes to mow up and down the hills.

GENTLY ROLLING LOT

The parents of another of our orphans, Lee M yung Sook, were drowned in a flood. She and her sister survived somehow. Distant relatives brought her to our Good Samaritan Orphanage. The children in our orphanages are taught the Bible, pray earnestly each day, sing Christian songs and are led to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. It would break your heart to see the piteous state of Korea’s beggar boys, homeless, ragged, destitute, whom the authorities now are rounding up. Korean Authorities Close Unlicensed Orphanages M any children from these are being placed in our orphanages be cause of our fine facilities which the Korean Minister of Health has commended. More orphans mean more sponsors needed. Answer the plea for love and support of these, and many other unsponsored or phans in our Homes. The orphan you select w ill know you as sponsor. You w ill receive the child’s picture, address and life story. Letters and parcels may be sent and w ill be acknowledged promptly in English. Sponsors are THR ILLED and BLESSED by this personal contact.
