4) Data files will be returned to the customer (this will include: .tnt file, Production Line Listing, Computer Planning Report and .SEC file). The sorted data files will be returned via email orvia secure FTP transfer, depending on the size of the file (see below for FTP server login):

Data Only – 24 hrs from the date of submission (excludes weekends and Bank holidays)

Labels Only – 48 hrs from the date of submission, if submitted before noon (excludes weekends and Bank holidays) Data and Labels – 72 hours from the date of submission, if submitted before noon (excludes weekends and Bank holidays)
