At Hello, Nanny! It is our commitment to provide you with the tools you need to conduct successful candidate interviews. We encourage that you consider your family's personality, your children's personality, and your parenting style, and then pair that with a candidate that aligns in those areas. While training and education are key aspects to consider, they are not the only factors in play when finding your Nanny. We've put together a list of questions to help you dive further into your candidate's capacity to integrate into your family.
