Fernandez worked to bring the “wow” factor to a new level for this space and decided to layer finishes, fixtures and textures to achieve that design goal. The powder room (opposite and above), features the Components faucet in Kohler’s unique Ombré finish, transitioning from Vibrant Titanium to Rose Gold. The standout faucet is complemented by the flowing curves of the white Veil vessel sink, while the new Eir Intelligent toilet adds function and technology to the space.

THE PALMETTO SNUG GUEST BATH: Joe Lucas; Lucas Studio, Inc. Lucas designed a chic, cozy sitting room, complete with a new fireplace, bar, and abstract wallpaper, which he has named the “The Palmetto Snug.” The multiple uses of Kohler’s Components collection, in the ever-popular matte black finish, create a bold consistency throughout the space, adding contrast to Joe’s coastal touches of pink and coral.
