Overall Records compliance, petitions, evaluation consultation, student issues, general questions regarding EO's, Title 5, University policy, etc. Early Start oversight--registration, PS set up, placement, etc., downloads UEE applications, reconciles outstanding issues in PS. Ensure student system is functioning correctly and including UEE students, appropriate, account for all fixes, modifications, CMS updates, interfaces, handle other PS processing issues. Schedule Winter/Summer intersessions including term set up in PS and R25/S25, classroom assignments, changes to schedule, report query and generation, system testing for stateside and UEE, other general scheduling questions for UEE. Builds and maintains information in the fourth quadrant of Cal State Apply, assists with integration of SalesForce and Cal State Apply, reconciles any outstanding Cal State Apply issues . Process all outgoing transcripts for students with UEE coursework.
