Lake Maloney Golf Club was an eighteen hole sand green tract until the early 90’s when the members rebuilt and converted the greens to grass. The result is a challenging regulation course. The rolling terrain of fers few level lies, sand and trees can get in the way on several holes. The most difficult hole is the par 4 thirteenth. Not only is it appropriately numbered, it is long, uphill, and plays into the prevailing wind. When you finally arrive at the green you are rewarded with a view of the lake and a cool breeze of f of the water.
