Na ćošku – Located in a qui- et downtown neighbourhood, this French bistro-style restaurant offers a mix of Serbian and international cui- sine. Lamb in white wine is a house classic, tasty and evocative of Serbia and its interesting meat production. Pinòt – Positioned halfway be- tween innovation and classic cui- sine, with a wide menu, it produces fresh, seasonal cuisine that chang- es frequently, providing generous portions and classic preparations. It is located in New Belgrade, the modern part of the city. Šta je Zvezdica, a šta preporuka? „Mišlenova“ zvezda se dodeljuje restoranima koji nude vrhunsku ku- hinju uzimajuci u obzir pet univerzalnih kriterijuma: kvalitet sastoja- ka, harmoniju ukusa, majstorstvo i tehniku, ličnost kuvara i doslednost u celom meniju i tokom vremena. Dodeljuje se za hranu na tanjiru i ni- šta drugo. Restorani navedeni u „Crvenoj knjizi“, ali koji nisu nagrađeni Zvezdi- com, zapravo se ocenjuju prema istih pet kriterijuma koji se koriste za sve restorane sa zvezdicama i prepoznati su kao objekti koji služe kva- litetne sastojke sa izvanrednom pripremom. WHAT IS A STAR AND WHAT IS A RECOMMENDATION? A Michelin Star is awarded to restaurants that offer outstanding cook- ing and takes into account five universal criteria: ingredient quality, har- mony of flavours, mastery of techniques, personality of the chef and consistency, both across the entire menu and over time. A Michelin Star is awarded for the food on the plate – nothing else. The restaurants that are listed in the red book but have not been award- ed a star are actually judged according to the same five criteria used for starred restaurants and are recognised as establishments that serve quality ingredients prepared well – quite simply, a good meal.
