Le budget de l’an prochain pour les Comtés se maintiendra à deux pour cent d’aug- mentation de taxes, mais cela implique un peu de jonglerie pour certaines dépenses prioritaires. Stéphane Parisien, administrateur en chef des Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell (UCPR), a présenté aux maires qui forment le conseil des Comtés unis, cinq pages de coupures et demodifications proposées au budget 2017 pour s’assurer de couvrir les priorités tout en maintenant la hausse du taux d’imposition à 2 %.
