years through the school of hard knocks, and otherwise. There is no key to success; there are keys. In order to unlock your greatest gifts, and best potential for each time in your life, you’ve got to recognize your strengths, recognize strengths in others, and be willing to act when the timing dictates. Rebecca is a nature lover who draws on over 20 years of experi - ence in the tree industry. A natural teacher, her easy-to-approach

personality makes her an effective leader, one who understands how to empower others in order to harness their best. Rebecca is a lead instructor for the Women’s Tree Climbing Workshop, Director of Training for North American Training Solu - tions, and owns TreeSpirit Consulting, LLC, a contract climbing, in person and on - line safety training business. Her qualifications include: ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, TRAQ holder, TCIA Certified TreeCare Safety Professional, Consulting Utility Forester Professional Qualified, past MN Tree Climbing Champion, and past ITCC Competitor. Rebecca has attended Fids & Fibers many times, and loves to splice her own rope tools.
