Certificates of Acceptance will be mailed on or about April l. Information concerning the status of an application will not be given except by letter from the Director of Admissions following action by the Admissions Committee . Information will not be given by telephone . In the event that an applicant has not heard from the committee by May 1, written inquiry may be made . ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT Reply to Rosemead' s acceptance offer is made on an Acceptance Agreement form which will indicate, when necessary, the deficiencies to be made up by the applicant prior to the opening of Rosemead ' s fall semester . Transcripts of completed degrees must be received in the Registrar's Office prior to fall registration. Applicants who have been admitted to Rosemead are given two weeks in which to reply and are required to remit a $100 non-refundable enrollment deposit which is retained in a special account to the student's credit until the final semester of enrollment. At that time this deposit may be credited to the student ' s regular account for that semester or refunded if the school account is paid in full. This $100 enrollment deposit is retained as a continuing pre-registration deposit to assure the enrolled student of a place in the Rosemead student body. Students who pre-register and fail to notify the registrar that they do not plan to enroll for that semester, or simply do not complete registration, forfeit the $100 . The Registrar must be notified by July 31 that the student does not plan to enroll for the fall semester and by December 31 that the student does not plan to enroll for the spring semester. Whether an individual is a new or a continuing student who has pre-registered, it is important that Rosemead be informed of any change in plans regarding enrollment.
