Nestlé Waters North America previously invested $6 mil- lion in Closed Loop Partners’ Infrastructure Fund, which finances recycling programs and infrastructure improve- ments to create a circular economy in the United States. Recyclable Plastic Bag Alliance Appoints Director The American Recyclable Plastic Bag Alliance (ARPBA), Washington, has appointed Zachary Taylor as its new Di- rector. In the new position,Taylor will be responsible for promoting industry sustainability and recycling initiatives while defending against economically and environmen- tally unsound plastic bag bans and taxes. He will work closely with association and industry leaders to protect the interests of small businesses and American-made plas- tic manufacturers. Wynnchurch Capital Acquires Labrie Environmental Wynnchurch Capital, Rosemont, Illinois, has acquired Quebec-based Labrie Environmental Group LLC. Labrie is a manufacturer of refuse collection vehicles and related parts. Founded in 1971, Labrie provides a suite of side-load- er, front-loader and rear-loader vehicles that it sells through a network of dealers.
