Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa’s signature restaurant is Stories, an upscale Texas steak house ensconced in a gorgeous rustic setting. The farm-to-table
menu rotates seasonally under the direction of executive chef John Pivar and chef de cuisine Tyler Brown. No matter when you visit, dishes always feature local and seasonal ingredients, as well as herbs and vegetables picked fresh from our own garden. Enjoy prime cuts of meat, fresh seafood, gourmet salads and more. On your way into the steakhouse, you’ll pass through Kesselus Hall, named after local author and historian Ken Kesselus. The foyer’s floor-to-ceiling bookshelves are home to the works of dozens of Texas authors. It’s where Stories gets its name.
