Try these exercises to keep your body strong and flexible...

FOUR POINT + ARM RAISE Start on hands and knees, hips and shoulders at 90°. Lift one arm out front. Bring it back down and then repeat on opposite side. Repeat 8-10 times on both arms.

SINGLE KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH While lying on your back, hold your knee and gently pull it up towards your chest. Hold for 30 seconds. Alternate legs and repeat 8 times.

Loren Middag, PT HEAD PHYSICAL THERAPIST FOR THE U.S. ACROBATIC GYMNASTIC TEAM!

On January 14, 2017 Loren Middag was appointed as the Head Physical Therapist for the United States Acrobatic Gymnastic Team that will be

hosting the World Games in Las Vegas March 29th through April 1st, 2017. There will be 750 athletes competing from over 20 countries. Loren’s daughter was a national champion in Acrobatic Gymnastics in 2008 and he worked closely with the National Team in providing Physical Therapy services ensuring they were ready to perform world class skills with no physical limitations. Loren doing a handstand on the summit of Mt. Whitney at 14,500 feet on a perfect day.
