What is our CURRENT STATE - 2019 • Not known by many AA students, entrepreneurs or professionals, membership growth is slow paced • Somewhat known as org that hosts the largest career expo for Black people • #1 MBA career fair, creating opportunities for all ethnicities, mainly internships • Today people who attend conference see potential. To others, we are unknown, or people feel we are best at the entry level. • The conference leads in the creation, but not so much outside of that • We are players but not the leaders; still in the explorer stage • Currently we are creating awareness of the lack of opportunities, but we could do a better job of creating the opportunities • We haven’t cracked into scale of business yet doing things more eciently • The conference leads in the creation, but not so much outside of that • We are players but not the leaders

What THINK BIG looks like • Revenue increased so that numerous programs are regional and year round • Member growth tripled from 14K • Preferred provider of professional development for Black professionals (Top Fortune 50+, Entry Sp/Ex) • Interview with Al Sharpton and NBMBAA leadership on what president’s focus should be for Blacks

CRITICAL INITIATIVES

2020 • Strengthen Public Relations placements to prole opportunities created across association and within chapters • Add New Opportunities Campaign to Social Media Strategy (Prole Members through chapters) • Re-Imagine BlackThink series for broader reach broader reach, more frequent, higher prole panelists / subject matter experts, pull it virtual into a broadcast series • Attendance exceeds 300 • 2 sessions in 2020, 3 sessions in 2022 and 4 in 2024 • Begin brand strategy work

2022 • Identify and build member and leadership thought leader prole through speaking, panels, personal branding support, etc. focused on building leadership and member thought leaders • Build membership opportunity exchange - Members share and are recognized (incentivized) for sharing career opportunities - Deployed and engaged through chapters • Develop advocacy, policy agenda and collaborate with relevant parties and organizations to implement • Commission and collaborate
