The United Counties of Prescott and Russell are undertaking an amendment to the Official Plan to modify certain policies to allow for a greater number of land severances. Specifically, the purpose of the amendment is to allow the creation of 4 lots (3 severed and 1 retained) to be established from lots of record existing on January 14, 2021. Other changes in support of this amendment are proposed. The update to the Official Plan includes all lands within the boundary of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell. Accordingly, no key map is provided.
