Size: 146,000 s/f K2M’s new global HQ build-to-suit development will keep the fast-growing company in Leesburg & create more than 100 new jobs. Trammell Crow Com- pany formed a joint venture with Keane Enterprises to jointly pursue K2M’s high- profile request for a headquarters building comprised of general office and re- search, development and production space. The project features two buildings: the 62,000 s/f office building will serve as the global headquarters with executive and administrative functions, while the 84,000 s/f research and development building will house labs, warehouse storage, assembly and distribution uses. Construction broke ground in December 2014 and the project’s base building was completed in October 2015. K2M anticipates to occupy its new space in April 2016.
Size: 90,447 s/f NAI Summit’s Frank Smith recently represented the own- er, St. Luke’s Medical Building Association, in the sale of the Doctors Pavilion located at 701 Ostrum Street in Beth- lehem, PA. The 85,304 s/f building was sold to St. Luke’s Hospital who will continue to use that location for medical offices. The Doctors Pavilion sits on the St. Luke’s Beth- lehem Health Campus which provides a variety of health services to the area. For the past 20 years, NAI Summit has provided quality management for the Doctors Pavilion, keeping operating costs low and the building running at top efficiency.
