Experience of financial planning and delivery against a large and complex budget, gained with a public or private sector environment

Skills/Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build positive, productive working relationships across all levels

Good conflict resolution and complaints management skills

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to self-motivate and work both independently and as a team player
