treaDng certain paDents, it's not going to work for every single paDent and that's where we do our best standard of pracDce, we be the best doctor we can. Our paDent is our priority. Even in the choosing wisely online they say that this is supposed to be only to spur conversaDon between the paDent and the doctor. My point was before when I lost my train of thought, sorry, that we know that the insurance companies, the third party payers, lawyers if it turns into a medical legal case will take this guideline so literally and then use it against us. That is my fear is that it's going to work against us and not with us. If that makes any sense. It makes total sense. A couple of things that you pointed out, one would thing if we're going to make a statement on behalf of an enDre profession about x-ray that we'd have some input from the DACBR, so I appreciated knowing that that hasn't been invited at least at this point. Yes as far as I know of, as far as what my other colleagues have said we have not... And we've had others on that have indicted similar. That's one thing. But you also menDoned technique, and when it comes to chiropracDc technique we know that there are numerous techniques that the doctors uDlize. Some are x- ray dependent in terms of analysis, not just about should I or shouldn't I take an x-ray, it's what do I do without the x-ray type of thing which I have respect for. Those professionals within the chiropracDc world I have heard from them lots about this issue already, how they're fearful that this is a way to shut them down. I'm not going so far as to say that. I don't expect you to either, by the way, but how do you see just adding these guidelines in even though it's a discussions, no one's ever approved actual guidelines, but how do you see that affecDng the people that are really x-ray dependent is what I would call it. Right. I do share their concern. When I had my treaDng pracDce I was more a diversified pracDDoner. But I definitely have the same concern from them in a small way but it goes back to knowing and remembering that radiology is another tool and you have a lot more tool in your toolbox. You just have to make sure, I always tell chiropractors even when I'm lecturing, document, document, document making sure that you're doing your appropriate history, your ortho, your neuro, and then that will also go along and back up with the radiology and you're pu^ng all the pieces together. I don't think that radiology or taking x-rays is going to be taken away from them but they're just going to have to show that there is a correlaDon that they need it in order to get the best possible care for their paDent. Thank you for that. I appreciate it. I want to bring on Doctor GaSerman because he's been up at Life ChiropracDc College West for so many years and you've seen clinicians because of all of the students that come through the insDtuDon and graduate, and go on to be pracDcing chiropractors. I want to talk about the doctors starDng to think outside the box. If we're talking about x-rays how do we discuss x-rays in terms of doctors may need to modify technique based on an x- ray or certain condiDons?
