4.38 Security – AAA – Radius
RADIUS is an acronym for Remote Authentication Dial In User Service. It is a networking protocol that provides centralized access, authorization and accounting management for people or computers to connect and use a network service. RADIUS Server Configuration This page allows the user to configure RADIUS Server parameters.
4.38.1 Global Configuration
These setting are common for all of the RADIUS servers.
Timeout Set or show the number of seconds, in the range 1 to 1000, to wait for a reply from a RADIUS server before retransmitting the request. Retransmit Set or show the number of times, in the range 1 to 1000, a RADIUS request is retransmitted to a server that is not responding. If the server has not responded after the last retransmit, it is considered to be dead. Deadtime Set or show the period, a number between 0 to 1440 minutes, during which the switch will not send new requests to a server that has failed to respond to a
