What I did: I managed the deli, trained employees, marketed the products by posting on social media like Facebook, and sent out weekly emails to their mailing list. Also, I worked with my supervisor on ordering product and keeping inventory, as well as communicate about the deli operations. What I liked: I liked that I was able to have freedom on training employees and managing the deli. This gave me a lot of experience dealing with employees’ concerns or questions and having a set plan on how to keep things running smoothly in the deli. Future Dream Job: My future dream job is to be a financial analyst or financial planner. Then eventually I would like to own my own business one day.
