Security – Switch – SNMP– System
SNMP is an acronym for Simple Network Management Protocol. It is part of the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) protocol for network management. SNMP allows diverse network objects to participate in network management architecture. It enables network management systems to learn network problems by receiving traps or change notices from network devices implementing SNMP.

System SNMP System Configuration The user can configure SNMP from this page.
Mode Set or show the SNMP mode operation. Enabled: Enable SNMP mode operation (This is the default mode.) Disabled: Disable SNMP mode operation Version Set or show the SNMP supported version. Possible versions are: SNMP v1: Set SNMP supported version 1 SNMP v2c: Set SNMP supported version 2c SNMP v3: Set SNMP supported version 3
