n Holly Bishop left us after 13 years of amazing service to spend more time with her young family, having been a Form Tutor for both Years 3 and 4. She will be fondly remembered for her development of the Junior School’s swimming and the caring relationship she had with all her pupils. A very professional and committed teacher and also a good friend, we wish her the best.

n Clare Duncan has moved to Buckinghamshire with her family, following her maternity leave. She taught in Year 3 and Year 4 and always put the boys first. A dedicated member of staff and constantly smiley member of the common room, she will be much missed.

n JoAnn Thornton moves on to new ventures in her personal life, having worked at the College for 12 years, eight of which as Junior School Registrar. She really developed the admissions process and made super connections with all prospective parents as they came through our door. remember Miss Brind. We wish her well in her retirement.

n Brian Davies is returning to education as a student as he begins his Masters in Environmental Education. He has contributed to many spheres in the Junior School from the Green Team, Cycling, Charities, Computing and of course the staff band ‘No Direction’. We wish him well along his new journey.

n Victoria Edwards also leaves us from her role in Year 4 to spend time with her young family, having been with us for two years. She was the most conscientious of Form teachers who always wished to do her best and really understood the boys in her care.

n Susie Stubbs returns to family life and is setting out on a new business venture, after having been with us as a maternity leave cover for a year. She formed a great bond with her Year 4 charges and was a popular member of the Common Room. We wish her luck with her children’s play-mat company.

n Brendan Murphy , having completed his PE PGCE during his time at the Junior School, moves on to DPL as Head of Athletics. He will be missed by boys and staff alike with his constant enthusiasm, professional attitude and super taste in music (and his singing?!) We wish him the best of luck but know that we’ll see him a great deal for all those fixtures.
