Coquitlam’s sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 11% as the detached segment transitioned to buyer’s market territory. The benchmark price in April was $1.21M, increasing 2% fromMarch and a 5% increase year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.24M in April, down 7% vs March but a 2% increase vs April 2019.
