At 151, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 4% lower month-over-month and 44% below April of last year. Townhome sales, at 45, were down by 39% vs March and 42% below last April. The sales-to-listings ratio declined to 30% in April, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in April was $566,300, 0.9% above last month and 3% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $604,634, while the average PSF sales price was $384 (down 3% and 1.0%, respectively, from last month).
