The number of condo listings in North Vancouver fell to 253 in April, 14% lower month-over-month and 43% below April 2019. Condo sales were 55% lower month-over-month, at 45, and decreased 30% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio fell to 18%, as the condo market for North Vancouver transitioned to a bal- anced market. The condo benchmark price, at $572,500, was 1.8% lower year-over-year but 1.6% above April 2019. The average sold price of $750,976 was up 1.6% vs March, while at $792, the average PSF sales price decreased by 5% month-over-month.
