The 82 detached listings in Squamish in April were down 11% compared to March and were 29% below April 2019. April’s detached sales (at 10) decreased by 8 month- over-month and by 11 year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in April decreased to 12%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in balanced market territory. At $992,700, the benchmark price for detached homes was relatively unchanged fromMarch but 3% above April 2019. The average sold price of $1.06Mwas 13% above March but 2% lower vs April 2019.
