At 33, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 18% above March but 18% below April 2019. Townhome sales, at 6, were down by 3 month-over- month and 1 lower year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio dropped to 18% in April as Squamish’s townhome market transitioned to balanced market territory. The benchmark price in April was $697,000, 4% below last month but 3% higher than last year. The average sold price was $689,367, while the average PSF sales price was $478 (down 6% and 2%, respectively, from last month).
