Condo listings in Squamish in April, at 66, were 35% above March but 4% lower than in April 2019. Year-over-year condo sales were down by 6 in April and down by 4 month-over-month (to 3). Declining to 5%, the sales-to-listings ratio transi- tioned to a buyer’s market. April’s condo benchmark price of $495,400 was 1.9% above March but 4% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $434,000 at an average PSF sales price of $518 (down 14% and up 1.8%, respectively, month-over-month).
