Condo sales decreased by 60% fromMarch (to 55) and were down 52% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 16%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment transitioned to balanced market territory. April’s condo benchmark price was $589,300, 0.6% higher month-over-month and 2% above this time last year. The average sold price was $623,336, a 3% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $845, 2% below last month.
