At 180, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 11% lower in April than in March and 38% below April 2019. Townhome sales, at 24, were down by 25 vs March and 8 below last April. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 13% in April as Vancouver West’s townhome market transitioned to balanced market territory. The benchmark price in April was $1.13M, relative- ly unchanged from last month and 2% higher than last year. The average sold price was $1.11M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $878 (decreasing 16% and 11%, respectively, from last month).
