Month-over-month, condo sales decreased by 58% in April (to 129), while year-over-year sales fell by 44%. Decreasing to 12%, the sales-to-listings ratio transi- tioned to balanced market territory. April’s condo benchmark price of $805,900 was 0.6% lower month-over-month but 5% higher vs April 2019. The average sold price was $871,017 at an average PSF sales price of $1,030 (down 11% and 3%, respectively, month-over-month).
